Technical Backbone:
At its core, EarthSandwich leverages the Lukso blockchain's LSP8 Identifiable Digital Asset standard, ensuring a secure and decentralized experience. The application is built using Next.js for seamless web interactions, complemented by the aesthetic fluidity of Tailwind CSS. The UP (Universal Profile) browser extension is integral for user interactions, serving as a digital wallet and identity manager on the Lukso network.
User Journey:
Initiate a Sandwich: Users start by creating a 'sandwich' on the platform, choosing other users across the globe to participate.
Accept Invitations: Participants receive invitations to join a sandwich creation. Upon acceptance, they contribute their digital presence to the sandwich.
Minting and Collecting NFTs: Once all participants have accepted, the sandwich creator can finalize the sandwich, minting it as a unique NFT. This NFT represents the collective effort and global connection symbolized by the sandwich.
Profile and Collections: Users can view and manage their sandwich creations and participations on their profile. Each sandwich has its story, encapsulated in the metadata of the NFT.
