Sign up as a captain who selects team members by reviewing one profile at a time a la "Hot or Not" and decide wether they will be a part of your team on the spot! Hackers who don't want to be captains and want to see how they fair in the selection pool can sign up as Developers, Designers, or Product Managers.
Our project utilizes the brand new CeramicDB to store meta-data about hackers, while solidity smart contracts provide on-chain information & verification for teams and enforce rules on team construction to increase the likelihood that everyone ends up on a well balanced team.
