With Proof of Nurse a medical professional will be able to create a proof of their skills and hospitals will be able to rely on the verification instead of a manual process where a medical professional needs to share time and time again in an insecure way.

A medical professional signs up using their email address. So no tedious wallet setup. The backend creates a wallet address to interact with the chain and we map the address to a decentralised identity, aka a DiD

The decentralised identity will be used to create a proof of the license of a medical professional. The proof is also called a verifiable credential.

Now that the medical professional has a DiD and a verifiable credential, they can apply for a job.

The app has a marketplace where hospitals can posts jobs.

The medical professional can only apply when the credentials have been verified. 

Like this the recruitment process is significantly shortened and the medical professional doesn’t have te re-share their information every time the apply for a job.

The hospital can rely on the proof and proceed with the interview rounds.

The roadmap for the platform includes onboarding different types of medical professionals, including zero knowledge proofs and supporting the full recruitment process.
