Most creative overall use of Tally API Data
We use Tally API data to perform a network analysis to find link between communities (i.e. contributors participating in the governance of several DAOs). Since one of the services we aim to offer at Manda is deal sourcing, this data driven approach will allow us to find hidden link between communities, extract value and encourage communities to engage in merger & acquisition activities.

Integrating INTU Advanced Accounts for End-users
Through INTU's account protocol we are using a dEOA to allow a buyer to acquire assets in exchange for liquidity. In our case we are allowing a buyer to buy governance tokens in exchange for liquidity. Once we the deal is executed we want to use the key resharing feature to allow the buyer to be the sole owner of the INTU wallet

Since 2020, over 10 DAO to DAO mergers and acquisitions have been completed. The most prominent being the $2 billion FEI and RARI merger. However, such operations are too complex to execute at this time. In fact, engaging in an M&A activity is a risky, time consuming, and often case by case due to a lack of standards for DAO structures.
Manda aims to offer a bundle of services that will help align incentives between communities, enabling complex DAO to DAO operations:
A simultaneous electronic voting tool to facilitate parameter discovery. It can be used as a temperature check for negotiations, within one DAO and between two or more DAOs.
A Data Driven deal sourcing through network analysis in order to identify links between communities
An Execution framework to execute the over the counter (OTC) trade securely.
Deal financing and structuring
