Our entire NFT smart contract and DAO governance voting system is based on Metis testnet. The Metis network is a Layer 2 solution built on top of Ethereum, which means that it can provide faster and cheaper transactions compared to the Ethereum mainnet. The purpose of the getNFTMetadata function in the Solidity code provided earlier is to retrieve the metadata for a given NFT token from the Infura NFT API. The getNFTMetadata function is used to retrieve the metadata for a given token ID by first calling the super.tokenURI(_tokenId) function to get the IPFS URI for the metadata. It then concatenates this URI with the INFURA_ENDPOINT string constant to construct a URL that points to the metadata on the Infura NFT API. The purpose of the Internet Computer functionality is to allow the contract to interact with the IC network and retrieve information about the current balance of a given IC account.The getICBalance function takes in an address parameter _account, representing the IC account for which to retrieve the balance. It then returns the current balance of that account as a uint256. This functionality can be useful in a variety of ways. For example, it could be used to check the balance of an IC account that holds cryptocurrency and use that information to perform operations on the NFT token, such as automatically setting a price for the token based on the value of the cryptocurrency held in the account.

Us team members as both artists found that the homelessness issue is serious among the artists communities.
