This is an evolution of Defi! Building a fully on-chain CLOB has been a dream. It's never been possible. Until now. Fuel Network makes it possible thanks to Sway language, Fuel VM, parallel tx execution, account abstraction, and tons of other features. You cannot build it on the EVM. You cannot build it on any other blockchain that isn't Ethereum. You need all three: security, speed, and scalability. Fuel is our latest and most advanced attempt to make it.

This is the first ever on-chain order book built on Fuel Network. It runs transactions in parallel with finality on Ethereum. It's one of the first Defi projects on Fuel Network, too. It uses a lot of features that were not possible on the EVM chain before. Also, it's the first project in the Ethereum ecosystem build on a language that isn't Solidity. There are a lot of innovations applied here. Taking into account that Fuel is a very young tech, it's an emerging ecosystem, and there are some limitations. Still, we could run an on-chain CLOB. What can you do with it? You can implement it in ANY Dex that will be building on Fuel. You can build an entire Defi ecosystem. We're also going to update the product in the future to make it more advanced.
